Some shirts.

So that site Bountee.com I spoke about long ago and is linked in my Cool Sites portion of this blog, I was about to give up on the thing. I couldn't get my order through, and neither could some friends. But tonight, I tried again, and you know what happend? My order went through! I nearly puked and died right there. Also now they have these nifty little blog inserts where you can easily go through all my designs I currently have up. So here it is! Now that it is working I think I will be putting up more designs if you are interested.

Strong Bad E-mail

this one is funny, if you haven't heard of him, go to homestarrunner.com to check him out.

So I finished that Illustration...

...and realized it was 5 colors and was perfect for a threadless submission. So I did it, I submitted it, and when the time comes you may vote on it, and I swear, if I don't win this time you aren't my friend anymore! (just kidding, I still love you all!)

Some stuff...

So here I am, I started working on a new illustration last night, then my head felt like it was going to explode so I didn't finish it and I just went on to bed. To hold you over though, I feel I shouldn't be neglecting my blog and loyal reader base of 5, I am posting this. Its something I did at work and it even went on to be printed as an advert in a magazine, like woah. See you soon with a fun little illustration...it may or may not involve robots!

P.S. - Work on the official CURTIS ELLIOTT DESIGN website is coming to completion, I am very excited for all of you to see it, I hope it turns out as great as it looks in my head when it all comes together. So look forward to that SOON.

Little Illustration

The first of many (hopefully) to come, the rest will be better.

Posting for the hey of it...

I did this at work, I liked it, they didn't (except stephanie), I hope you do, thanks!

Please allow me to apolligize.

So, I know you ALL have been so down about me not posting for a week, and i know i would be too if i were you because i know you depend on me everyday to post something. (that is all in sarcasm if that doesn't come across well enough over the interwebs). So here is a post, and a random design to accompany it, it is not new to me, but it may be to you! It was designed especially for Mr. Elliott Design Vol. 1, but seeing as how the books are flying off the shelves now (more sarcasm) I figured its okay to post it now. New stuff coming soon.

The last two threadless submissions are a go!

New Website coming Soooooooon.

So I have the first piece of my new website up, just a teaser page right now, but it's there! I know how everyone is SOOOOO excited for this new site, i just KNOW how you all can't wait So I am posting a link here for you to check it out. Don't worry though, for all you devoted followers out there who read my blog and check out my designs religiously (ha ha like anyone does that but my closest family and friends) I will keep up on this site forever, till like the end of time, and stuff like that. I will also provide a link to here on the new site, just like there is on the teaser page now.

And a few other things, just because I am a great Blogging guy and I post alot and keep this thing updated, don't be afraid to check out the older posts that get pushed back onto the other pages if you haven't looked at them yet, all posts shall be treated equally!

Also, if you do read this blog, post "I do" in the comments. And if that's to hard because you don't have a google account, then just email me at CurtGuy@gmail.com and just put "I do" in the subject line. Even if this is your first time reading my blog. Even if you may never come back here again, even if you hate me and even if you love me, just do it. I am curious to see how many responses I get, and if I don't get any, I will cry, and that will be on YOUR conscience, thanks.

Im on a role...

watch out world, Curtis is on a role and is kicking butt and taking names. Here I have two additional Threadless submissions. Power in numbers is what I say! Hope you like, I will provide links to the voting once they are approved, have a happy Sunday!

Another Threadless submission

So I got bord, got inspired, and did another t-shirt illustration. I'm begining to get a real love for illustrating these quirky little things, in fact I find myself having more fun with these now then I do designing anything else. Hopefully you guys like this one, I will provide a link to the voting as soon as Threadless approves it. Also, if you havn't yet, my Knight Owl is coming to a close on voting so get your votes it, every bit counts!

Post of Bordem...

So I wanted to post something, but I have no new work that I feel like posting right now...sooooooooo I have some pictures to share! lucky you! You can basically consider this proof of my book, pictures of my cat, and hey check out my cool new wind of toy hour...or something like that. Enjoy!

Today I fed a Giraffe.

How many of you can say that? Also, I got to working on my childrens book, finished up half of the illustrations for it last night. Talk about being on a role right? I have figured out all the kinks in the story so I should have the book completed in about 2 weeks if anyone is interested in it.

Posted is the new working cover, slightly modified from the previous one. Just tugs at your heart strings huh?

p.s. my Threadless post made it past the first day of scoring, so if you haven't scored it yet, then do it so I can be a famous millionare or something, thanks!

A Couple of things...

First off, wow, post number three for the day! If you don't check in often, be sure to check the last couple of posts to be sure you didn't miss anything important (like my shirts on bountee.com!). And speaking of my shirts, if you tried to order one (which you did do right? right?!?!?!?!?) you probably got an error! Well, I have been in contact with the good people over at Bountee and they have discovered an error in their site and will be fixing it shortly. So stay tuned for that, keep checking back on that link!

Also, last but not lease, BusyBeaver.net is having a button contest! The voting has now begun and yours truly has entered a button for you to vote on! So go on over to the link at the bottom of this post and show your support for me and my friend Samn and a third random one you may like! For Identification purposes I have posted both Mine (the robot) and Sam's (the little boy) at the top of this post, Thanks for reading!
